Working with an open, honest and non-judgmental approach I provide a safe space for you to explore and nurture your inner self. Within a trusting therapeutic relationship, using an integrative collaborative and person-centered approach I aim to help you to achieve positive changes.

Being fully committed to the BACP guidelines and code of ethics I will support you to embrace a variety of tools, techniques and skills to find the best possible versions of yourself, whilst respecting your individuality with compassion and empathy on your journey of self-discovery.

I am able to provide telephone and online sessions and face to face work. Wheelchair access, parking and air-conditioned room with toilet facilities.
